Julie Anderson’s detailed organic forms are either hand-built or wheel-thrown and altered from the potter’s wheel with occasional cast glass parts. Julie lives and works in the mountain ski town of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Her porcelain and stoneware work is strongly influenced by the mountain environment as well as her science background in biology.
